1987 Dodge Colt Repair Question

87 dodge colt fuel leak
Fuel pours from a tube in small spurts near the front of the engine. You can clearly see this tube when the hood is open, it is located on the front left portion of the engine, the tube bends downward toward the ground. How do I repair this leak?
