Chrysler Le Baron Gas Problem
Im thinking about buying a 1987 chrysler le baron, when i go to start it,it runs for about 5 minutes and i have to keep pumping the gas to keep running but when i let my foot off of the gas pedal it shuts off. what could be the problem?

Battery was disconnected or run dead. Go out and drive on the highway, warmed up, then coast for at least seven seconds without touching the pedals.
