Do you have any idea why my headlights interior lights and horn does not work?

I have a 87 chevrolet caprice, while replacing the flywheel last night the mechanic forgot to disconnect the battery, and when tightening the transmission bolts two wires from the starter touched creating a big spark.

After removing car from jack stands the car cranks and runs fine but I do not have any headlights, dash lights, radio or horn.

What could be the problem? Thanks.

Did you check to make sure there was power to both sides of the fuse? That way you can tell if its a supply wire issue or a fuse issue.
