My cigarette lighter/phone charger blew a fuse. It may not be related but at or around the same time, both low beams stopped working while both high beams still work. What is the most likely problem?

This cold be your headlight sentenille, multi function switch or a shorted wire or even bad headlight bulbs. Check to see if power is going to and from multi function switch/t/s cold be a module as well you'll need to find a mechanic that has a tech one that can check something that old.
