1986 Toyota Pickup Repair Question

With alternator power surge problems
Keeps blowing out amplifiers without blowing their fuses replaced volt regulator but it keeps happening what could it be ?

is your fusible link ok? it's between battery and fuse panel. You may have a bad diode bridge or what condidiotn is battery? is it sulfated?
