I got cleaned up the choked the exhaust pipe in my subaru 86 and now its going rocket fast but the the temperature of the car is not in control and the car is heating up far more quickly even when the fan is running. Is The radiator problem or what?

Check the thermostat and radiator-are you actually overheating?
