Brake light problems
1986 pont. parisienne wgn., I recently had to tighten steering tilt asem. bolts.. not long after I was stopped for the left brk & signal not working.. my guess is I jarred a wire loose on back of signal switch or wire connection on steering column . any ideas!

That is the first thing I would check. Also, make sure the light socket is good. They wear out and don't make connection at times.
