Hi, I'm Elmin from Bosnia,and I have an Opel Ascona C-CC 1.8i from 1986. The problem is that when I turn the ignition key on,the wipers start and i can hear the starter,but the engine doesn't start. So I have checked and don't have the power on the sparkles. So please help me it is driving me crazy. thank You
