86 Delta 88 Royal

The hood latch broke on my 1986 Delta 88 Royal. How do I get the hood up? I can not open it by pulling on the cable from inside.

Have someone pull the cable while you tap on the hood above the latch. If that doesn't work, you may be able to open the latch with a long screw driver. If you are still not able to do it, take it to a body shop.
