Brakes keep locking up don't know what to do
I have a 1986 Nissan pickup truck that I've replaced the brake lines the brake calibers the brakes and a master cylinder and the brakes still locked up and my brake light stays on in when the car is off

what about the rotors?? what about the hand brake cable?
the level may be low in the master
