Where is the fuel pump relay located in a 1986 Nissan 300zx Non turbo?

I have tested my fuel pump and the pump is working. However, there is no pwer getting the the pump. When I turn the ignition switch I'm not getting the buzz sound. I had recently changed out my ECU, ignition switch, Alternator and put new spark plugs and wires on the car. The only thing I can tthink of is the Fuel pump relay switch.
Any ideas?

Thank you for your help.

You're not supposed to have fuel pump power with the key on. It only powers when it receive a tach signal from cranking. Some cars get a 2 second prime when the key is first turned on but that may not be one of them. Here is a guide to help you test the relay once you find it from the diagram below.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
