Heater/AC controls are not working. No change when moving top slider from AC to Heater to Vent...etc. Have checked the vacuum control valve. It has 5 lines coming in and all are firmly in place. Valve has one additional spot with no line attached and no line apparent in the area that has been detached. Looking for help regarding what is the next steps to figure out what is the problem
