1986 Cadillac Cimarron engine flooding out

Its a multi port 2.8. New spark plugs wires and cap/rotor. Fuel pressure regulator says factory set and cant be adjusted. This car doesnt have a replacement part number for this. Do I have to replace the whole rail system?

Funny rock auto lists them the diaphragm has to be relaced. Check to see if it's getting vacuum fuel pressure should be 41-4 7 psi

Went to orileys auto parts and they showed us it it a fixed in the fuel rail and cant be replaced. Chiltons manual says the same. 85/86

If you can see it and it's got screws on the top of it it can be replaced. But i'm not going to argue on a car that old. To long ago to remember.
