Volkswagen Golf Engine Problem

Am in Africa Ethiopia. My car is 1985 golf gti. after the fuel injection stooped working i replaced that with a carburetor to make to work mechanically. the car was working good for the next one year. but oil droplets started coming out from the engine in to the water reservoir (scort radiator). when i check the oil in the engine it is always pure(has no mixtures of water) . there is no mixture of water in it, it is pure oil. the temperature of the car
even if i drive it for long distances it is normal. but if i drive the car the water reservoir will be filled with droplets of oil from the engine. i renewed (replaced ) the gasket more than three times. i checked the head of the engine with a machine and has found no thing wrong. pls what is wrong with the car i can understand it. thank you in advance for your help.

Has the engine block been checked?

Can you post a picture of the oil dropplets in the tank?

Could it be oil that was left over from the initial problem and it was not fully flushed out of the system?
