1985 Ford Thunderbird Electrical dead

Had problems with the car running well so I replaced the ignition module, plugs, wires, throttle position sensor, distributor, distributor cap and rotor. Got the timing set and shut off the car. When I went to test drive it I tried to start the car it turned over once then lost all electrical power. I have power to the starter switch under the hood but ends there. When I turn the key on nothing happens no idiot lights, no fuel pump the lights will not even turn on. It is like the battery is disconnected but all seems to be normal. 12.8 volts at the battery and starter switch.

Check to see if fusible links have burnt at starter relay by battery. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
