whats the problem and how can i fix it?
when/if the engine rotate it rotates slow and make a loud scratching noise and dont turn over.
i have to pull on the belt to get it to turn over and this sometime work

Worn teeth on the ring gear. First remove the starter and check its teeth, but more likely the flex plate / ring gear will have to be replaced.
