1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Repair Question

1985 Cadillac wont start
1985 Cadillac Fleetwood, fuel injected engine. I ran out of gas and now it will not start. I have tried turning the key without cranking and i hear two clicks then when I turn to the off position i hear three clicks. I had a new fuel pump put on about 4 months ago same with a new battery. please help
