I can't change the temperature control or turn on the blower on the fan
Ihave a cadiliac eldorado 1982 model. the blower doesn't blow on the fan and i can't change the temp.

Does the problem with changing temperature lie in the fact the blower is inoperative. I would check power and ground to the blower, and address that issue first.
