Buick Skyhawk Cooling fan Problem
What is the normal operating temp range of an 1985 buick skyhawk 1.8 litre OHC non turbo? The cooling fan wont turn on til 220 deg. is this normal?

Yes, that is normal. Some of them don't turn on until 227 degrees.
