3.5 engine manual trans. With fuel pressure on the rail engine wont start. I can disconnect fuel line at the rear of engine releasing pressure car runs fine till it runs out gas in fuel rail. If I try to connect and apply fuel pressure it shuts down. Fuel pressure is 2.5 bars replaced the brain. Fuel filter, pump I have run out of ideas.

Have you checked to make sure the fuel pressure regulator?
