Heater blower motor works when it wants to. I believe there is a short or loose connection in wiring. To check the dash control, do I go in from the front of dash (I don't see any screws), or from under the hood?

See if the lower gets power then check yoru relay and resistor. If those don't get power then check the control head.

The relay and resistor should be by the blower motor.

Thanks. I'm not a mechanic. Blower Etc. Will be under the dash? How do I get behind where the heater controls (on off switch, slide lever for temp control) Do I have to take the whole dash off?

The dash has to be torn apart to check the contorller. Actually if you don't really know what youare doing then take it to a pro who can fix this probably cheaper than what you may or may not screw up doing it. You'll save money in teh long run
