I am replacing my power steering pump on my 1984 Mercedes 380 SL I need instructions on how to bleed.I would also like to know the recommended power steering fluid. Thank you Judy

SUBJECT: M-H STEERING GEAR OIL FOR POWER STEERING
ALL MODELS

M-B steering gear oil is now available for use in all models with power steering. This new oil replaces all previously recommended power steering fluids.

For "topping up" purposes, this oil can be used in vehicles already in service.
