Oil won, t lubricate camshaft, I did change oil pump for a new one and also clean the pipe it, s mount on top of camshaft. Iaprecciate your help, thank, s.

May have other internal issues that will not let the pump build pressure. You will need a shop to do a manual test to confirm.

Main bearings, rod bearings, pick up on oil pump, many things. You need it checked to find the failure.
