Sorry my questions did not show completely, but I was saying that I changed my starter, new battery, changed ignition switch, and my car will not start. I check starter relay under hood and can start my car by taking the w/r wire connected to relay c4 and touching the c2 open prong that does not have and thing on it and my car will start immediately, I keep my key in the 3 position when I do this and it stays on until I turn the key off and then it will not restart that way, but I can start by w/r wire to C2. Is the relay bad or good
