I need help diagnosing a knocking sound in my Chevrolet 250cu 4.1L. I have tried pulling spark plug caps to determine if it is in one of the cylinders thinking it could be a wrist pin and this had no effect on the noise. the sound comes from deep in the engine. The knock keeps time with the engine.
