1984 Chevrolet Chevette Repair Question

I have an automatic 1984 Chevette, it takes off fine but once its in second and drive it bogs down and sputters at higher RPM's.
I have changed the air filter and the fuel filter

Start by checking the fuel pressure if its within specs
