BMW E30 325e getting fuel and spark but will not start.

Before it quit running it was running rich. Do you think the spark plugs could be fouled out? I cleaned them but it did not help.
The car sat for about four years.
We drained all of the fuel out of the gas tank and filled it with fresh fuel along with Isoheet.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
