1983 Nissan Truck Pickup running rough

I just got my carburetor cleaned but every time I shift into first from a stop or shift into second, the engine stutters and shakes the truck until I accelerates enough to where it stops. What could this be?

How long since it had a tune-up? Common suspects are spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor.
