Isuzu Truck Alternator Problem
Can A voltage regulator be the problem when my headlights keep blowing ?
The Charge Light and the Brake Light are both on in the dash .......

Yes if the alternator is overcharging. It can blow other bulbs as well. You need to have the charging checked for the indicator lights showing.
