Chevrolet El Camino Rpm Problem
Just got my tranny worked on, shift kit put in, but now when i get to about 65mph, rpms read about 27 000 ,but it seems really loud like its still in second gear. could it not be going into third? if so why is that?

what trans do you have??? 3 speed or 4 speed overdrive??
