Voltage light is on, dims out then bright again. What could be causing this?
Car stalled out at a light, friend found some wires melted together and replaced them. Now voltage light is on in dashboard and dims then brightens, I dont know what the problem is...car is losing power somewhere.

citation? there's still some of them runnin around in never land? i had a couple they were a good car.you mean battery light? is battery draining? have you tested voltage at battery when car is running? should be 13-14v. where were the wires melted at on car?
