1980 Lincoln Continental Repair Question

Lincoln 1980 continental town car: my two back speakers work, however the front door ones and dash ones do not make any sound other than a steady hiss
Lincoln 1980 continental town car: my two back speakers work, however the front door ones and dash ones do not make any sound other than a steady hiss. how do i fix this, wiring ?what?

is radio original? amp may be blown for fronts.

radio is the origional 8track quadrasonic stereo with the premium sound system knob to the left of it. i know there is an amp for the back two speakers but i did not know there was another amp for the front ones. and if theres not then i see the amp in the back only has two ports plugged in with two ports that are not connected
