1980 Lincoln
1980 linclon continental. The car starts and runs until you drive from 1/4 to 1/2 mile then dies. After a few minutes it starts and runs fine until you let it set like overnight then repeats the same problem. Has a variable venture carb.

To figure this problem out, you have to actually check and monitor the fuel pressure to find out what the fuel pump is doing-Check it and let me know-start here
