1980 Ford F-150 stalls

You need to add a lot more detail or clues. Have you checked if the choke is closing? Is it stepping up to the fast idle? Is it stalling due to idle speed too low or is there a lot of black smoke from the tail pipe? Does it stall right after starting or after a half minute or more? What do you have to do to get the engine restarted? When you have an engine-related problem, please list the engine size.
