TRUCK WONT START VOLTAGE REGULATOR JUST DOES A CONSTANT BUZZ WHEN YOU TURN KEY ON AND HOLD IT--

WE HAVE REPLACED--CARBURETOR, ENTIRE DISTRIBUTOR, COIL, STARTER, BATTERY, VOLTAGE REGULATOR----AND THE THING WONT RUN....

you need fuel, spark and compression. based on what you have replaced, check the compression first.
