Like "Wrenchtech" said,

We need more info. Like:

My clutch pedal does not have the tension it did have. Sucker's been a-grinding for a while.I can shift gears, with the engine not running. Its been making racket for a while, like maybe I shoulda checked the juice in it. Etc, without more info, We have no idea in which direction to start!

CLUTCH OR TRANNY?

I'm about to start on mine!----Mine is the tranny itself (Tremec-T-150)

Mine sorta got GRINDY, if I didn't shift in slow motion

Won't do it again!

I am replacing the WHOLE INSIDE, with a FULL KIT---Probably over-kill!

I can send some pics of clutch stuff (external linkages and such)

I have improved my clutch linkages and they should last a lifetime---After 5 years, my most worn stuff. Remains new looking. No Wear!

I have these and other modifications in "Albums" and can send you a "View" if you will go to messaging and leave your E-mail Address with me.

Heres some of the examples of what I can send!

The Medic

I do not like doing things twice!
