Chevrolet Suburban Radiator Problem

Replaced entire cooling system with new parts. Radiator water pump heater core thermostat and radiator cap. Have no coolant loss. My problem is the system is not building any pressure and i cant figure it out. I can squeeze top hose off but dont feel any coolant surge as i release it. Could the new water pump be bad or is it the radiator cap.
