1978 Chevrolet Nova Repair Question

Motor mounts
I am trying to change the motor mounts on a 78 chevy nova i got the motor lifted off of the old motor mounts i cant get the bolts off of the frame itself what kind of tool would i use to get the old motor mounts off???

nothing strange needed there unless a previous owner did something.
