BMW 518 Engine Problem

What sort of engine oil is suitable for my old car?
If possible, I'd be grateful to have the electrical drawings of my car.
Please guide me how to take care of the car engine.

20W/50 is the oil weight. The ETM is not going to be easy for that old car, sorry
