I BROUGHT A NEW ALTERNATOR AND REGULATOR AND THE CAR NOT CHARGING WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE PROBLEM

is there power to the heavy red wire at the alternator????
is there a 12 volt feed to the regulator????
