Replaced head gasket. Engine ran fine but after about 30 minutes it overheated. Replaced radiator. Same problem. Replaced water pump. Same problem. Removed thermostat because it was late and everything was closed. It's a lunch truck.

How hot is the engine in degrees F? With the thermostat out coolant flow through the radiator should be instant when you crank or start. Can you see coolant flow in the radiator?

Also, you may need to check cylinder comnpression and check for combustion gases in coolant. Your radiator fan works ok?

Did you try flushing the engine?
