Exh. flange bolts
Been having trouble finding what size deep well socket to use on exh. flange bolts on '71 GMC pu w/ 350 auto/ in between normal sizes-even tried metrics, all either too big or small// Not 1/2 " 9/16" 5/8" Or 13,14,15 mm's either- tho I know they have to be SAE// Special socket?....

It it a through bolt, head of the bolt on one side, nut on the other? If so, cut it off, oxy-acetylene, or use hammer and chisel. You can always get another nut and bolt.
If the bolt goes into a blind hole, you can't cut it.
