Triumph GT6 1970 Engine
Hi! I am thinking of buying a 1970 Triumph GT6+. The guy who is selling it says
"The car runs well, however, the rings are going bad somewhat so if the car runs for a long while and then turns off, it may have flooded itself somewhat and you have to wait a bit before it will start up again, but i have never had it die on me while driving and this can be avoided by giving it just a little gas and revving the engine when you stop at lights and things like that."
What "rings" is he talking about? How much would it cost to repair that all together?? (on average)
