The headlights wont come on. If the switch is in parking light position the running lights and dash lights work, but on the second setting, full out position the lights won't come on. Could this be the switch, or is the a relay or fuse that I am unaware of?

This will be the headlight switch or the dimmer switch test through each switch to find the issue. Here is a guide to help you:

I had this problem and replaced the dimmer switch all good now.
