Pontiac Firebird Brakes Problem

The brakes don't work. My father and I replaced the master cylinder twice. We also replaced all the brake lines and 3 of the 4 wheel cylinders. We have bleed the system many times and the pedal gose right to the floor. Why don't my brakes work?

The car is a 1967 Pontiac firebird 326 it has drums all the way around.
