The battery cables got hooked up wrong it had power before that.I put a new battery in and still nothing looked at the fuses under dash and they all seem to be good what is wrong that it wont get any power any where.I hooked up a volt meter to the battery and it has 12.1 volts. And there is a square box on the passenger side wheel well from the positive cable that I checked with the volt meter going into and out of and got the same reading! Please help!

So you check all the fuses inside the car and plus all the fuseable links?Usually when you hook up cables backwards you blow fuses and fuseable links.

I just saw what year your car was and my online data repair manuals dont go back that far. Do you have a wire diagram for the car?If you did and posted it or emailed it to me I would be more then happy to help you trace the problem down. Its really hard without a wire diagram especailly over the internet figuring this issue out.
