ATV leak

Have a 1966 Corvair w/ Powerglide which leaks ATF into the bell houseing. Replaced bushing and seal 3 times and torque converter once - still leaks aprox. 1 pint/200 miles. Shart smooth and appears O.K. (very little play between shaft and converter bushing) Leak 'wets' transfer case houseing (in the bell houseing) from aprox. seal location downward but doesn't 'wet' the houseing upward or to the sides. Any ideas? (info for non-Corvair people - there's a transfer case between the bell houseing and transmission) Thanks for any ideas you can give me!

i would look hard at the front pump assembly. if it is warped, it will always leak. been there, done that
