I have a 1963 Buick Riviera, and I done everything to stop overheating, please help! I've read your section on overheating and it still overheats. It is custom built so I do not have a catalytic converter. Thanks

after your car is warm, shut off the engine and if you have an electric fan disconnect it. feel teh radiator in different spots. It shold feel the same temp. If it has cold spots or is loose fins and corrosded, then your radiator is bad. As you say it's custom built we have no idea what has been doneto itor whateever.
