Question:
2003 Subaru Impreza 4 cyl All Wheel Drive
Manual 104,000 miles. my 03 Subaru wrx has an upgraded turbo and fuel system but
lately i can't boost past 5 psi or it will feel like it is retarded my timing,
what do you think could cause this?

with her passenger side, front tire. Looks like the tire is flat, and the rim is
pretty scratched, but more importantly, it seems to have been pushed back a
little, slightly touching the body. No impact damage to the body, from what I

2002 Subaru Impreza 4 cyl All Wheel Drive
Automatic 107,000 miles. Immediately after getting my timing belt changed my
check engine light came on. I took it to a dealership and they said all four
cylinders were misfiring. Could the timing belt be a notch or two off and that
is causing the engine to misfire and run rough? The dealership did not replace
the timing belt and my mechanic and the dealership are saying two different
things.....
Answer: Remove the timing covers and
have the timing marks checked for alignment, with that question answered and if
you still have the miss fire, then we can start looking into other causes. But I
would be proving the valve timing first.
