Chrysler Crossfire Car Repair Questions and Answers

Question: I have a 2003 Chrysler Crossfire, 72,000 miles. My starter is beginning to make a grinding sound when I try to start my car? It sounds like the starter doesn't want to let go. Can you tell me where I can find a diagram of the starter and the wiring. Also, are any special tools required to replace it?

Answer: Replacing a starter on your car is not that difficult and it does not require special tools. If you go to the bottom of this page there is a link for "repair manual" you can have access to the same software the pros use. It has great diagrams and repair tips for your vehicle. Remember to disconnect the battery before you begin.
